Jerry's having a drink with his doctor.

They end up talking about car troubles.

Doc commented, "Do you realize that a car mechanic's hourly rate is over twice what I get paid for medical care?"

"Yeah, but think of it this way, doc",  replied Jerry, "you only have two models that haven't changed since Adam & Eve. But every month they need to learn the latest systems!"
