Jerry and the Credit Card

Jerry walked into his place with a fresh batch of mail. He quickly sorted through the envelopes, putting ones that were obviously bills into a neat pile on his desk.

There was one envelope, though, that caught his attention. No return address on the outside, just the inside address showing through the envelope's window. It was addressed to George, with the same last name as Jerry's, and the same address.

Upon opening the envelope, Jerry found one of those, "You've been pre-approved for a $2,500 Gold card" messages. Interesting.

Jerry pondered this for a while, then looked down at George, who immediately started wagging his tail.
